Amanda
The hotel's location was excellent, close to many subway stations and popular attractions. It was easy to find with its distinct blue lighting. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and it was lovely to sit outside while eating. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.
Nothing negative to say.

Enjoyed my New Year stay, breakfast inclusive, good location, friendly staff, great value for money, coffee and tea free in the lobby and breakfast buffet. The large front patio was a major highlight for morning breakfast and evening hot tea. Room was well-coordinated.
Bathroom was cramped, not much room to move around, and there was an alleged charge for WI-FI that wasn't made clear in the booking, hidden fee not clarified until a complaint was lodged.

Complimentary breakfast was decent and the lobby offered free coffee throughout the day. Location was ideal for those wanting to explore the city on foot. Room size was decent enough for two adults.
Keycard constantly malfunctioned and had to be reprogrammed repeatedly. Housekeeping didn't replace toiletries for the entire stay. The ventilation in the room was barely adequate and the air conditioning was not working properly. a disappointing experience.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options which really came in handy for the xmas period. It was really nice of them to offer complementary coffee and tea throughout the day in the lobby, which gave us a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was key, with everything we needed being within walking distance, like shops and restaurants.
On the downside, the rooms were very small and could hardly accommodate our family comfortably. There was also a lot of noise from the street and the rooms next door. The elevators were slow and took ages to arrive, which made it a more frustrating experience during peak hours. The bathroom was poorly designed, making it impossible to leave the door open and limit privacy.

This hotel has a great location, making it easy to see all the sights. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities, especially as trekkers and traveling in a group of friends.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Loved the queen room with the jacuzzi, and marvellous and stunning location in midtown. The breakfast deal was plentiful and varied with fresh goodies, eggs and bacon and also sausages.

Amy
The location was handy, not too far away from Kitchen. Approaching staff at the reception desk, the breakfast was great. The rooms were spotless, especially those with a bottle of Febreeze, a whirlpool tub plus bathroom.

Loved the room with spa tub, my bed was comfy. The location was stunning, not far from buses and Manhattan and Madison Square Garden, in a secure area. Also, it was 15 mins drive from a public park. Had a good stay for four nights on a recent couples trip, would recommend this place.

Exceptionally clean and fabulous hotel, responsive staff and updated rooms. The rooms with the hot tub with the doors. Decent location in the good area, close enough to the penn station and Madison Square Garden and subways. Easy check-in, late check-out. Easy parking nearby. Really good experience there.

Brilliant location at a moderate distance from a long-standing department store. Found in the great area just next door to 7th or 8th avenues, train station, and most attractions.
